Our app is not a medical app and does not provide a diagnoses - nor does it claim to be a treatment or cure for any disease. Instead, it aims to support peoples mental health by way of Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) based exercises and techniques to increase self-awareness and support people to manage their emotional wellness.
